On Saturday 18 July Rosscarbery juniors brought home two wins from the Ring Rowing Club Beach Sprints League at Duneen, where eleven hours of racing produced winners in 14 categories.

- Women's J16 single (C1x): Niamh Hehir
- Mixed J16 double (CMix2x): Sean McMahon and Eloise Fitzpatrick

Beach sprints test everything: a sprint down the beach, a fast slalom course through the waves and a run back up the sand to the finish. Well done to all our rowers who raced.
