ROSSCARBERY ROWING CLUB

Support the club

Boats, equipment, safety and competition all depend on a strong community behind our crews.

How the club is funded

Run by volunteers, powered by community

Rosscarbery Rowing Club is run entirely by volunteers. Coaches, coxes, committee members and parents give their time freely so that rowers of every age can learn, train and compete.

Membership fees are kept deliberately affordable and cover only a small part of what it costs to run the club. Boats and their upkeep, safety equipment, insurance, affiliation fees, regatta entries and travel are funded mainly through fundraising events, donations and the generosity of local sponsors.

Every donation, sponsorship and hour volunteered helps keep crews on the water and keeps rowing open to the next generation.
