ROSSCARBERY ROWING CLUB

Rowing at Rosscarbery

One club, three groups and three ways to row.

Whether you are ten and trying rowing for the first time, coming back to sport as an adult, or chasing a place on an Irish team, there is a seat for you at Rosscarbery Rowing Club.

Everyone starts in the coastal yawls: four rowers and a cox, on the sheltered Lagoon in winter and out on the open water at Glandore in late spring and summer. From there, rowers can move on to offshore sculling and beach sprints, and our most committed juniors can follow the high performance pathway.

Pick your group below for training times, what to expect and what is coming up, or pick a boat to find out more about each kind of rowing.
